Pattern Shop: a key step in product development.
Our pattern-making services provide customers with efficient and valuable model design and development assistance; the aim is, in fact, to greatly improve the production phase for each creation.
Our technical department makes use of the latest technologies available in the industry, and our software allows us to fulfil all types of requests, regarding:
• variations and modifications to models;
• custom grading of boot legs according to size or groups of sizes;
• grading of tubular and Strobel-stitched moccasins with measurement of the forms;
• grading of Carshoe models and fixed soles according to group sizes;
• pattern designs obtained from shoe lasts, insoles and soles and final determination of the grading parameters;
• 2D cutting of Shank board, TEXON and cardboard.
Clients can communicate directly with our pattern-making department in order to make precise specifications for pattern designs and ensure immediate production times that reduce costs.
