Our company produces plates for leather and synthetic materials stamping. Since 1969 we have been operating in a national and international environment, gaining increasing success and becoming a true point of reference in the Made in Italy fashion-leather goods production.
Our plates are made of various materials and with different technologies following our customer’s specific needs: stainless steel, aluminium and brass wrought with cnc milling and laser. The dimensions vary depending on the customer’s request: from the little cliché made for a sampling to the dimensions suitable for production.
With our graphic dept. in close cooperation with designers, we are able to develop any kind of design specifically for footwear and leather goods production. Innovative technologies, forefront machinery for milling and laser allow us to develop products of any kind and material: iron, brass, aluminium, stainless steel or plexiglas.
PLATING-STAMPING MACHINES FOR HOT STAMPING
We have a hot/cold plating-stamping press machine and a press machine for die cutting: we allow our customers to plate leather and synthetic materials with our heated press-machine. This allows a quick production of prototypes or sampling and it is a useful reference point for the following production.
